Play & Creative Arts Therapist based in the lovely coastal village of Blackrock, Co. Dublin. I also work offsite in schools and organisations in south county Dublin, offering both individual and small group therapy sessions.

I work closely with parents and carers, I believe that supporting you to support your child is integral to your child’s healing journey. I offer parent support sessions both online and face to face.

What is Play Therapy?
Play Therapy is a therapeutic intervention for children aged four years and up. Therapeutic treatment plans are modified to your child or teenager’s age and developmental stage.
Play Therapy allows the child to play out their emotions and fears through creative expression and imagination. Your child will have the freedom to choose whichever medium they would like to play with in any given session.
